There are 2 choices for level 2
puppy classes.
Advanced Puppy 2 class is designed
to give you more control of your
pet.
Competitive Puppy 2 class is
designed to teach skills needed in
competition dog sports.

Week 1 of
Level 2 classes you
DO bring
your dog.
Clicker
training will be taught in one of
the weeks of this session.
|
Here are
some of the things they are taught in
Advanced Puppy 2 class:
- Proofing for distractions for every day
walking
- Introduction to heeling (walking
directly at left leg).
- Increased time, distance and
distractions for stays.
- Greater distractions for a more reliable
recall
- Introduction to Stand stays.
- More
advanced exercises for sit /stand /down
commands.
- Added
distractions for door greetings.
- Advice for common pet behaviours and
grooming (nail trimming etc)
- More
agility (new equipment introduced)
- Continued socialization with other
puppies and people in a controlled
setting
- Introduction to Go settle on a mat
command and building distance with this
- "The
Training Game" (Clicker work shop class)
- More
tricks
